Wedd Miller
Wedd Miller, 68, Silver Lake, Ind., passed away at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind.
He was born May 9, 1945, in Salyersville, Ky., to Carl and Lola (Bailey) Miller.
He retired from Dalton Foundry, Warsaw, Ind., after 35 years of service. Wedd was a member of the Eagles Lodge, Warsaw, IN. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and liked watching old westerns and Chuck Norris movies. He was an avid gardener and loved to play cards.
He is survived by his long-time companion: Lenora F. Penn, Silver Lake; three sons: Robert P. (Tammie) Miller, Warsaw, Ind.; Michael R. Miller, Warsaw; Kameron Miller, Silver Lake; four daughters: Cindy M. (Richard) Martin, Warsaw; Angela Miller, Warsaw; Thelma (Rick) Ehrick, Silver Lake; Tammy Prater, Liberty Mills, Ind.; four brothers: John Miller, Peru, Ind.; Cecil Miller, Leslie, Mich.; James Miller, Leslie; Joe Miller, Leslie; three sisters: Emogene Storey, Huntington, Ind.; Martha Ann Burnsworth, Moncks Corner, S.C.; Mary Sue Nichols, Fernadina, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, April 17, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114 W., North Manchester. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 17, at McKee Mortuary. Pastor Dean Ealey will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
