AKRON – Cade Brouyette and Alli Miller led the way for the Tippecanoe Valley Middle School golf teams in action Wednesday versus Wabash.

Brouyette shot a nine-hole total of 52 as the Valley boys team lost to Wabash 207-259.

Miler fired a 67 as the Valley girls team was defeated by three strokes 302-305.

Chandler Newsome shot a 53, Billy Jacques-Robbins 72 and Austin Crill 82 for the Vikings.

On the girls’ side, Delaney Sandbakken shot 77, Makayla Sandbakken 80 and Jordan Krotke 81 for Valley.
