SOUTH WHITLEY – A strong team performance carried host Whitko past three foes in girls track action Tuesday night.

The host Wildcats titled 84 points to top Manchester, Northfield and Lakeland Christian Academy.

Winners for Whitko were Kaitlyn Reed in the 100, Miranda Terrill in the 400, Dana Hobbs in the discus and Taylor Zwick in the long jump.

The Wildcats also finished first in the 4 X 100 relay.

Whitko got second place finishes from Abby Overmeyer in the 100 and 200, Elaine Warner in the 300 hurdles and the long jump, Reed in the high jump and from its 4 X 400 relay team.
