WABASH – The Whitko softball team rolled past host Southwood by a 12-0 final Wednesday.

The Wildcats scored seven runs in the second inning and added five more in the sixth frame of the Three Rivers Conference contest.

Haley Yohe and Amanda Shepherd each had three hits to lead the way for the winners.

Hanna Yohe notched the pitching with with six strikeouts and just one walk for Whitko.

The Wildcats play in the Tippecanoe Valley Invitational Saturday.
