Man Arrested For Battery With Knife
A Warsaw man was arrested last night after allegedly attacking another man with a deadly weapon.
According to an incident report filed by Warsaw Police Department, at 7:46 p.m. yesterday evening officers were called to respond to the 200 block of West Jefferson Street in Warsaw in regards to a battery involving a deadly weapon. Buck Slone, 52, of 316 S. Washington St. Apt. 3, Warsaw, was arrested for battery with a deadly weapon.
According to the report filed by WPD, Slone reportedly attacked Jack Daniels, 32, of Warsaw while in his residence with a box cutting knife. Further information regarding the incident and Daniels’ condition are unknown at this time.
Slone was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for battery with a deadly weapon and was given a $5,000 surety bond. Further information will be posted as it becomes available.
