AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School golfers placed seventh in their own invitational.

Indian Springs won the nine-team event with a team total of 147. Warsaw was second with a 151, while Triton was fourth with a 165 and Valley seventh with a 198.

Cade Brouyette led Valley with a 39 in the tournament.

Chandler Newsome shot a 47 for the hosts. Alli Miller had a 55 for Valley, while Makyla Sandbakken had a 57 and Delaney Sandbakken a 64.
