Warsaw Woman Arrested For Dealing Meth
A 51-year-old Warsaw woman was arrested Friday, May 23, by undercover Warsaw Police Department narcotics officers after allegedly selling methamphetamine to the officers.
According to a police report released by the Warsaw Police Department this morning, at approximately 1 p.m. on Friday, Sherry L. Brooks was stopped for a traffic stop following an undercover purchase of meth. A total of 3 grams of the drug was located by police with the assistance of the WPD K9 unit.
Brooks was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony, and for dealing methamphetamine, a Class B felony. She is being held on a $10,000 bond.
