Free Kids’ Corner Program Underway
The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department offers a fun, free, weekly parent-child program full of activities, crafts, stories and more. The program runs every Wednesday through Aug. 6 from 1 p.m. to 2 pm. This is a free program for children ages 3-7 and will be held in the Pete Thorn Center Activities Room, 800 N. Park Ave.
Each week features exciting themes for the kids. The remaining themes are June 11 – Pirates, June 18 – Magic, June 25 – Personal Safety (with Warsaw Police Department), July 2 – Jungle Adventure, July 9 – Pearly White Teeth, July 16 – Princes and Princesses, July 23 – Singing and Dancing, July 30 – Penguins, and a mystery theme on Aug. 6.
