LOCAL NON-PROFIT SEEKS
PART-TIME DIRECTOR

Local non-profit focused on improving High School graduation rates seeks part-time (20 hours per week) Director to supervise, manage and coordinate programs approved by the Board of Directors.  Principle duties include:
Oversee the design, execution and monitoring of programs
Prepare, submit for approval  and manage yearly operating budgets
Serve as the principle spokesperson for the organization
Coordinate all public relation efforts
Prepare and submit all grant applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
A degree in business, communications or non-profit management
Ability to use personal computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books.
It is anticipated that the position will reach full time status as the organizations grows.
