Thursday, June 26, 6:30 a.m. South 1000 West near West 500 South, Warsaw. Driver: Danny W. Ritter, 46, 5th Street, Peru. Driver struck deer. Damages: up to $2,500

Thursday, June 26, 5:38 a.m. SR 13 near Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Driver: Kyle R. Campbell, 18, East 100 South, Pierceton. Campbell swerved to avoid another vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a culvert. Damages: up to $5,000

Warsaw Police Department

Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:

Thursday, June 26, 11:29 a.m. Center Street near Lindberg, Warsaw. Drivers: Jason D. Loe, 30, Market Street, Warsaw; Zachary R. Witt, 17, Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw. A vehicle and a moped proceeded into the intersection at the same time and collided. Loe was knocked off his moped. He complained of abdominal pain but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damages: up to $5,000
