Syracuse, IN – The Syracuse Church of God will hold an open house on Wednesday, July 16 and July 23 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. to take registrations for the community-wide Vacation Bible School planned for July 28-August 1. Roasting marshmallows will also be part of the open house event.

Located at 104 East Washington Street, the Syracuse Church of God is hosting this year’s community-wide Vacation Bible School which is sponsored by the Syracuse-Wawasee Ministerial Association along with Calvary United Methodist Church, St. Andrews United Methodist Church, and Wawasee Lakeside Chapel. Parents may drop by the Syracuse Church of God on July 16 or July 23 between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. to registered their children, talk with the VBS director and volunteers, learn about the many fun activities their children will experience, and enjoy roasting marshmallows.

All community children between the ages of three through fifth grade are invited to attend Vacation Bible School July 26-August 1, from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. each evening.  This year’s theme will be “Avalanche Ranch – A Wild Ride Through God’s Word.”
