Ronald Wrightsman, 81, Warsaw, Ind., formerly of Sidney, Ind., died at 9:10 a.m. on Friday, July 11, 2014 in Warsaw Meadows Care Center, Warsaw.

He was born April 24, 1933 in Flint, Mich. to Raymond & Nellie (Flora) Wrightsman. On April 24, 1954 he married Louella Blocher.

He worked at several area foundries. Ronald was a resident of Warsaw Meadows Care Center for the past four years, the staff commenting on his kindness and politeness.

He is survived by his wife: Louella Wrightsman, Sidney; one son: Dean (Joann) Wrightsman, Wonewoc, Wis.; one daughter: Lucinda (Michael) Curtin, Rocky Mount, Va.; one brother: Paul Wrightsman, North Manchester, Ind.; two sisters: Eileen (Herman) Beachler, North Manchester and Carol Grindle, North Manchester; four grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

One daughter, three brothers and one sister precede her in death.

Family & friends may call Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester. Services will be Monday, July 14, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Eel River Old German Baptist Brethren Church, Packerton Road and 1200 South, Silver Lake. Home brethren will officiate. Burial will be in Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery, North Manchester.
