WCHS Receives Phone Threat
At 2:15 p.m. today, Warsaw Community High School received a threat via phone. Local law enforcement was involved and safety protocols were followed in accordance with the school safety plan. The threat was determined to be non-credible after an extensive sweep of the building, according to a statement released by WCHS.
Troy Akers, WCHS building principal, stated, “We consider all threats to be credible until determined otherwise. School safety is our top priority.”
All school safety standard response protocols were followed by all school administration and local law authorities. Any information on this threat should be directed to Warsaw Community Schools Central Office.
