Police Searching For Matt Wagoner
Kosciusko County Crime Stoppers is asking the community’s assistance in locating Matthew Gene Wagoner, 29, whose last known address was North Webster.
Wagoner is wanted on two felony warrants: Neglect of a dependent/causing serious bodily injury and operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death.
Wagoner was the driver of a pickup truck that struck a minivan, driven by Jeremy Valentine, Wynnewood, Pa., on Sunday, July 20, on SR 13 in North Webster. Valentine was killed in the accident and Wagoner’s passengers, Tyson Wagoner, 2 and Matthew C. Wagoner, 5, along with Wagoner himself were taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center. Authorities noted Matthew Wagoner was classified in critical condition.
Members of the Valentine family: Seana Valentine, 38, Molly Valentine, 9 and Luke Valentine 7, were taken to Lutheran hospital Fort Wayne. Seana Valentine was listed as very critical following the accident. (See Related Story)
Wagoner is described as being 6-foot tall, 230 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his left shoulder: a large skull with three small skulls underneath; and on his right arm a tattoo of a lady riding a bomb and a brain wearing a gas mask.
Any person with information concerning this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 342-STOP. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 if information leads to an arrest or indictment. Crime Stoppers also pays cash rewards on other felony crimes and the capture of fugitives.
