Ranch Road at the railroad crossing is closed for an undetermined amount of time. It appears that the railroad crossing is being reconstructed.

This morning, city of Warsaw officials learned that Norfolk & Southern Railroad maintenance crews had shut down the Ranch Road crossing with no notice to the city, and no advance warning signs before the closed crossing.

At this time, city officials are attempting to obtain additional information from Norfolk & Southern. City resources are being temporarily utilized to give driver’s advance warning of the closure. The City of Warsaw will update when additional information is obtained.
