The Curt Nisly for State Representative campaign is pleased to announce the endorsement of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150.
Financial Secretary David Fagan stated the endorsement was based on “your pro-business and pro-labor views, your work ethic, and your previous experience.”
“I am honored to be endorsed by the Operators Local 150,” said Nisly. “I am a firm believer in free markets, and I believe private sector unions should freely compete for business based on their skills and training. As I have gone door to door around the district, I have met many conservative union members. I strongly believe that the Democrat party is not automatically entitled to the votes of every union member.”
Nisly campaign media contact Pam Galloway noted the wide level of support for the campaign. “Curt Nisly is backed by union members and by small business owners, by folks working on their first campaign and by veterans of many campaigns, by Republican party regulars and by the conservative grass roots. It’s very exciting to see.”
Nisly, the Republican candidate, has earned a broad range of endorsements, including National Federation of Independent Business, Lunchpail Republicans, Indiana Right to Life PAC, National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America, Indiana Family Action PAC and Hoosiers Against Common Core.
