SPD Arrest Man After Heroin Buy
Steven Michael Fox, 29, 733 N. Fairway St., South Bend, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 6:42 p.m. Monday after selling heroin in an undercover operation.
Fox was arrested for dealing a schedule I, II, III controlled substance. His bond has been set at $4,000 surety.
Through an extensive investigation, Syracuse Police arranged for an undercover purchase of heroin with Fox. The deal took place at a location in Syracuse.
Fox was arrested after the transaction occurred and he left the buy location.
A female with Fox, Shalana Marshay Murray, 25, of 1025 Diamond Ave., South Bend, was also arrested. She was charged with driving while suspended. Police say she was unaware of what was transpiring. Her bond was set at $300.
