Shrine Turkey Shoot-Out A Success
By DON SMITH
Chairman, Kosciusko County Shrine Club
Over 1,000 shooters, over $7,500 raised. The community really came out to support the 16th Annual Shrine Turkey Shoot two-day event. By far our best shoot yet and a reflection on our caring community from the donors to the shooters and volunteers.
Family entertainment was had by all, parents, children, and grandparents alike. Even those spectators, who only came to observe the fun or have food and fellowship and support the mission of the Kosciusko County Shrine Club.
The following sponsors are committed to community and made the event so successful by their gracious donations to the philanthropic mission we support:

Very special thanks go to the ladies of the Shrine for preparing and serving food and coordinating the silent auction; with out you the event would not be possible. In addition, to Dan and Chris Slone for their time, support and materials, which make these shoots possible.
Little Hawks Guns was a tremendous contributor this year and made a significant gift to the Shrine Club and local shooting sports for our youth. The American Legion Post No. 49 and VFW Post No. 1126 Honor Guard for contributing shotgun shells.
Last, but not least, all the members of the Kosciusko County Shrine Club who gave of their time and talents to make this event one of the clubs most popular and prosperous annual fundraisers.
May God bless each and every one of you. Your selfless contribution will be of benefit to those children the Shrine serves, through our philanthropic mission to support the Shrine Children’s Hospitals.
