• Daniel Lloyd Rhamey, 29, 1026 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of two or more chemical reagent/precursors with intent to manufacture controlled substance and dealing meth over 10 grams. Bond: $17,000 surety.
