Christmas Break Fun At The YMCA

The Y wants to make sure that kids have a safe and fun place to go while they’re out of school over Christmas Break.
School Break Camp will keep kids kindergarten through sixth grade entertained, active and learning from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1305 Mariners Drive.
On Monday, Dec. 22; Tuesday, Dec. 23; Friday, Dec. 26; Monday, Dec. 29; Tuesday, Dec. 30; Friday, Jan. 2; and Monday, Jan. 5, activities will include daily group games, and free time to play in the multi-purpose room as well as special events each day that include: making and decorating Christmas cookies, watching a movie, a Christmas-themed program from the Warsaw FFA, a science project, scavenger hunts, making granola, rock wall challenge in the multi-generational room, making salsa, creating fake snow and having an indoor snowball fight.
They’ll also go bowling on Tuesday, Dec. 23 and Tuesday, Dec. 30 and go skating on Monday, Jan. 5.
Children should bring a lunch and tennis shoes every day. Registration forms are available for children who are not already registered as part of our Kids’ Club program. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Multiple day and sibling discounts are available.
