The Warsaw Flying Club has been recognized for its high standard of accomplishment in flight training by The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the world’s largest aviation association. The Warsaw Flying Club has been awarded a spot on the Flight Training Excellence Awards Honor Roll, a title given to the top 70 flight schools in the nation.
This is the second consecutive year that the Warsaw Flying Club has been honored by this award, and Club President Jon Fussle believes the best is yet to come. “We have worked hard to make this club exude excellence. We rely on feedback from our customers, industry experts to ensure we are delivering the best product at the best price possible.”
WFC offers flight training for the private, commercial, and airline transport pilot licenses, in addition to the Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings. WFC has something for everyone, including a Young Guns program, a flight training program specifically designed for ages 8-18 years old. Young Guns is perfect for students interested in an aviation career or looking for a lifelong hobby.
The Flight Training Excellence awards were created to highlight the best the flight training industry has to offer. “We created these awards to recognize those who instill a lifelong passion for aviation among their students and it was clear from the customer reviews that these professionals are providing a quality flight instruction experience.” said Brittney Miculka, director of pilot community development for AOPA.
To select the award winners, AOPA invited those who have taken flight training within the last 24 months to complete the Flight Training evaluation. Over 1,500 schools nationwide were nominated and reviewed, and the Warsaw Flying Club was one of only two flying schools to receive the award in Indiana.
The Warsaw Flying Club has offered flight instruction to more than 100 pilots and celebrates 10 years of flight and fun this year.
