9:05 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, North CR 300W, north of West CR 400N, Leesburg. Driver: Jacob E. Polk, 28, South East Ridge North Drive, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:39 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, West CR 300N and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jaymi L. Hartzler, 32, Franklin Street, Rochester, and Angela M. Bartman, 23, East Iris Drive, Syracuse. Hartzler’s vehicle struck the back of the Bartman vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

2:48 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, North Detroit Street and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Marjorie P. Adamson, 72, North Fenton Road, Marion, complained of pain to the chest and Lukus M. Kats, 21, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Adamson was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital after complaining of pain to the chest. Kats stated he was stopped at a red light, when it turned green, he proceeded into the intersection when the Adamson vehicle collided with his vehicle. Adamson was confused what had happened. Damage up to $25,000.

2:04 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14. North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jeffrey A. Likes, 49, East Hazel Street, Albion, and Jerry D. Ervin, 63, West Emeline Street, Milford. Both drivers backed out of opposite parking spaces at the same time, colliding. Damage up to $5,000.
