Warsaw PD

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:33 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, North Detroit and East Main streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Bobbie J. Stiles, 19, Tulip Road, Plymouth, and Sharon K. Stahly, 72, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Stiles reportedly ran a red light and struck the side of Stahly’s vehicle in the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.

Winona Lake PD

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:32 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, Wooster Road and Elder Lane, Winona Lake. Drivers: Sharon E. McCarty, 51, East CR 200N, Warsaw, and Sandy V. Vega Vega, 20, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Vega Vega was attempting to turn right onto Elder Lane while McCarty was attempting to turn left onto Wooster road. Vega Vega reportedly came into her turn too fast and ran into the back tire of McCarty’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
