Bourbon

Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, Old US 20 West of Beech Road. Police officer Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle for littering. The driver, Lorana Medina, 32, Warsaw, was found never to have obtained a driver’s license and there was no insurance on the vehicle. She was cited for never having a license.
• 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 300 block West Park Street. Bourbon EMS and police were called to a Park Street location on a medical call, while at the residence it was discovered Brooks Helmuth and Audrey Pickard had in their possession prescription medication without a doctor’s prescription. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 1:32 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, 900 block Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Driver: Jessica J. England reported a battery.
