Vikings Make It Six Straight Wins
NORTH JUDSON – The Tippecanoe Valley girls basketball team continued to roll right along Monday night.
The Vikings went on the road and posted a 55-39 win at North Judson in a non-conference matchup.
Valley improved to 10-1 on the season with its sixth straight win. The host Bluejays drop to 5-6.
Coach Chris Kindig got major contributions for a plethora of players in the win.
Sophomore Anne Secrest continued to shine for the Vikings as the center had 11 points to go with 12 rebounds and six blocked shots.
Senior Caylie Teel turned in another strong all-around showing with six points, four rebounds and two assists for Valley.
Meredith Brouyette had 11 points and Hannah Dunn and Taylor Trippiedi each added eight. Karis Tucker scored seven points and Brynda Krueger four.
Darian Staulbaum led Judson with 14 points.
Valley (10-1) plays host Lakeland at noon on Jan. 3 in the Lakeland Invitational. North Judson (5-6) hosts Culver Dec. 30.
