Adams Filing For Clerk-Treasurer Re-Election
Kent Adams, town of Winona Lake Clerk-Treasurer, announces he will file as a candidate for re-election in the Republican Primary, May 5.
Adams was elected clerk-treasurer in 2011 and is serving his first term. He is serving his first term.
Adams is a Warsaw native who served 16 years in the Indiana General Assembly retiring from the Senate in 2004 to return back to his home community.
His background includes serving as Kosciusko County Treasurer and a member of the Warsaw Community Schools Board of Trustees. He is a former member of the Grace College Board of Trustees, the Bowen Center for Human Services Board of Directors and is presently a member of Warsaw Rotary.
During his years of public service Adams is described as a pro-family, pro-business fiscal conservative. “We have made a number of improvements int he clerk-treasurer’s office since assuming office for the residents and business with the great history and legacy that is Winona Lake. The door is always open. We have an excellent office staff and take very seriously carrying out the duties and responsibilities in our serving the public trust,” he said.
