Single-Engine Plane Crash in Selma, Indiana
According to Indiana State Police, Richard Kingston, 59, of Norris City, IL, survived a single-engine plane crash in Selma, IN, Sunday afternoon.
Authorities responding to a report of a plane crash in southeastern Delaware county had to be taken to the scene by tractor, where they found Kingston conscious and alert. Emergency workers extricated him from the 1990 single engine Raytheon aircraft, which had skidded across a harvested corn field.
Kingston was taken to a Muncie hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The FAA is investigating the crash.
