Morehouse And Stout Wed In August
Georgina Morehouse, Milford, and Stephen Stout, North Webster, were married at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 23, 2014, at New Salem Church of the Brethren, Milford.
The bride is the daughter of Glen and Vera Morehouse, Milford. The bridegroom is the son of Sherrill and Naomi Stout (deceased), North Webster.
Pastor John B. Lowe II, New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, officiated the double-ring wedding ceremony in front of 100 guests. Organist Eudora Hurd, Milford, and soloist Debbie Eichorn, Muncie, provided the music. Vera Morehouse, Milford, played the glockenspiel.
The bride carried a white, marble-like covered Bible from Jerusalem with white silk roses flowing from it.
Matron of honor was Tonya Howe, friend of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Alina Davis, Phoenix, Ariz., granddaughter of the groom. They wore purple dresses and carried purple silk hydrangeas.
Timmy Morganthaler, Syracuse, friend of the groom, was best man. Jonah Davis, Phoenix, grandson of the groom, was ring bearer.
Ushers were Christopher Newcum, Columbia City, nephew of the bride; Mark Grady, North Webster, friend of the bride; and Rodney Crittendon, North Webster, friend of the groom.
Linda Jones, Elkhart, friend of the bride, was in charge of the guest book.
A lunch and reception followed the ceremony in the fellowship hall of New Salem Church of the Brethren. Servers were Lorraine Roth, Grabill, cousin of the bride; Rachel Newcum, Indianapolis, niece of the bride; and Leisa Norman, Akron, friend of the bride.
The bride is employed at the Kosciusko County Clerkâs Office and the bridegroom is a roofing contractor.
The couple resides in Milford.
