KCH Announces Staff And Physician Of The Year

Kosciusko Community Hospital recently recognized 2014 employees and physician of the year. Awardees received top honors for outstanding care provided to patients. They were nominated and selected by their peer group.
Terri Landrum was awarded non-clinical manager of the year. Landrum’s peers report that they always appreciate her can-do attitude, and dedication to patient care.
Nicole Lambert was awarded clinical manager of the year. Lambert has worked at KCH for twenty years, and is known by her peers as being exceptionally safety oriented.
Karen Kirleis was awarded employee of the year. Kirleis peers report that she is an excellent mentor to new staff members, and Patient Care Techs love working with her. She never hesitates to do what is right for the patient.
Dr. Dana Coates was awarded physician of the year. Dr. Coates has been described as always putting the patient first, having a great bedside manner and having great working relationship with nursing staff and ancillary departments. According to his peers Dr. Coates is always looking for ways to improve processes and relationships within the hospital to bring about a better patient experience challenging the hospital to improve.
