SOUTH WHITLEY – The Whitko wrestling club is seeking wrestlers for its successful program.

The club will hold practices every Tuesday and Thursday in the Whitko Middle School wrestling room, running from 6-7:30 p.m. The Whitko wrestling club is open to both boys and girls from pre-school to fifth grade.

There is no charge to be part of the wrestling club, and each wrestler will need to have clean workout (gym) clothes, with either wrestling shoes or clean tennis shoes to wear.

Young wrestlers will get training and practice techniques with past Whitko state and national champion wrestlers along with current high school wrestlers.
