Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
5:46 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, East Center Street and North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tabitha S. Syndram, 44, North Franklin St., Mentone, and Sheila M. Patton, 49, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw. Syndram complained of pain to the head. Syndram struck the back of the Patton vehicle, pushing the Patton vehicle through the intersection onto the lawn at JB’s Furniture. Damage up to $25,000.
3:01 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, South Buffalo Street, south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Vicki L. Bond, 69, North CR 300E, Leesburg, and Jolene Eubanks, 28, South High Street, Warsaw. Bond began to pull out of a parallel parking space and struck the Eubanks vehicle as it was passing by. Damage up to $10,000.
2:36 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, East Winona Avenue and South Scott Street, Warsaw. Driver: Aubrey M. Pfister, 30, Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, and Debra S. Parker, 61, West CR 525S, Claypoool. Pfister complained of pain to the neck and Parker complained of pain to the back, but both denied contacting emergency medical services. Pfister’s vehicle struck the back of the Parker vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
2:26 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, South Detroit Street, north of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Edward J. Morris, 47, Covert Avenue, Evansville, and Juan D. Jesus Quirindongo, 49, Martz Court, Columbia City. Morris was west on Winona Avenue, hauling heavy equipment, and attempted to make a right turn onto South Detroit Street. Quirindongo was in left turn lane on Detroit Street and began backing his vehicle so Morris could make the turn. While the semi tractor cleared the turn, the tracks on the Kamatsu Summit caterpillar being hauled sideswiped the Quirindongo vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
