Claypool Author Releases New Novel
Author Marc Thomas Eckel announces the nationwide release of his inspiring, new novel, “ReBoren: A Novel Based on the Two Lives of Chaplain John Boren.”
In “ReBoren,” John Boren was just a common man, or so it seemed. From all outward appearances, one would consider this meek, timid and quiet man to be a good, moral, hardworking and church-going person. However, this could turn out to be farther from the truth, as he lived with dark secrets that he believed no one would ever see. “ReBoren” is based on the incredible true story of one man’s dark journey through hypocrisy and addiction and his turn toward reconciliation and redemption through the only avenue that offers hope to us all.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at tatepublishing.com, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Eckel is also the author of the novel, “Leperd” and the author-illustrator for the books in the “Train Tales” children’s series, including its first release, “Stan the Snowman’s Plan for a Summer Tan.” He has also released several e-books entitled, “It’s Not About Me: An Autobiography,” “Retrogression” and “The Man in the Black Cape.”
Eckel, who is a Christian performance artist with Splat Experience, has been featured on two tours with Grammy-winning Christian band, Casting Crowns. In fact, one of his performance art pieces has garnered him an Emmy nomination. The author is also a speaker for youth and church events.
