Valley Sets Ticket Sale Plans For State
AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley High School Athletic Department has announced ticket sale plans for the girls basketball State Finals.
The No. 9 Vikings will face No. 4 Princeton Saturday at 6 p.m. in the Class 3-A state championship game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Valley (25-2) beat Rochester 60-45 Saturday to win the program’s first-ever semi state title. Princeton (29-1) beat Chatard 77-38 Saturday to claim its second semi state championship.
Tickets are $15 each and will be valid for the night session, the Class 3-A and Class 4-A state championship games on March 7.
Tickets will be sold on Tuesday from 7:15-9 a.m. to parents of varsity, JV and freshman players, cheerleaders managers and band members. Tickets will also be sold during that time to basketball coaches and their families, school administrators, school board members and Valley High School game/event workers.
Tickets will be sold Tuesday from 9-4 to students/staff of Valley schools and employees of the Valley school corporation.
Tickets will be sold Wednesday from 7:15-4 to the general public.
