Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:32 p.m. Sunday, March 1, West CR 1350N west of North CR 200W, Milford. Driver: Eston S. Clayton, 20, E. LaPoint Drive, Milford. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000

9:35 a.m. Sunday, March 1, South SR 25, south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Kenneth L. Stenstrom, 84, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw. Stenstrom rounded a curve and his vehicle slid off the road. Damage up to $2,500.

9:18 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, South SR 19, north of West CR 600S, Mentone. Driver: Tyler W. Akers, 21, South CR 1325E, Akron. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:06 p.m. Sunday, March 1, Sheldon Street and Lake Buffet entrance, Warsaw. Drivers: Charles R. Bird, 65, West Section Street, Milford, and Daniel F. Wiseley, 34, West 250S, Warsaw. Wiseley was cited for no valid driver’s license. Bird’s vehicle slid into the back of Wiseley’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

12:05 p.m. Sunday, March 1, Lake City Highway and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Lacey N. Nissley, 22, Raven Court Valparaiso, and David S. O’Connor, 60, North Tanner Street, Kingman Ariz. Nissley’s vehicle slid into the trailer of the O’Connor driven vehicle. Damage up to $5,000

11:48 a.m. Sunday, March 1, Springhill Road, east of Lake City Highway. Driver: Daven P. Gasaway, 17, North Second Street, Warsaw. Gasaway’s vehicle slid as he was stopping, going off the road stopping against a support pole. Damage up to $1,000.

2:26 a.m. Sunday, March 1, North Detroit Street, north of East CR 350N, Warsaw. Ashley A. Creekmore 20, North SR 15, Milford, and Blain A. Peal, 23, West Fifth Road, Walkerton. Creekmore went to pass the Peal driven state highway truck which was turning left, causing the collision. Damage up to $10,000.

5:53 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Scott H. Bauer, 54, Second Street, Winona Lake. Bauer’s vehicle sideswiped a parked vehicle registered to Kent E. Shepherd, Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake. Damage up to $2,500.

5:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, East Center Street, west of North McKinley Street, Warsaw. Drivers; Stephen W. Light, 50, East Old Road 30, Warsaw, and Hope L. Showley, 48, West Sixth Street, Rochester. Light’s vehicle struck the back of the Showley vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

3:19 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, Silveus Crossing and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Kathleen A. Meeker 52, Green Hill Drive, Warsaw and Eric M. Gibbs, 39, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Meeker’s vehicle struck the back of the Gibbs vehicle. Both driver’s complained of pain to the neck and were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage up to $25,000.

5:19 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, East Center Street, east of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Drivers; Raven N. Bell, 17, North Lake Street, Warsaw, and Daniel G. Miller, 18, North Venetian Way, Cromwell. Bell’s vehicle struck the back of the Miller vehicle. Alexis M. Robinson, 15, West Old Road 30, Warsaw, a passenger in the Miller vehicle, complained of pain to the head. She was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage up to $1,000.

2:54 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Drivers: Jarrod T. Feldman, 19, E. Legacy Lane, Winona Lake, and Kelly I. Morgan, 37, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Injured: Marry B. Morgan, 18, West Eastbook Street, Warsaw,  who was getting into the Morgan vehicle, complained of pain to the lower leg. Feldman was backing from a parking space and did not see the Morgan vehicle parked to pick up a passenger, hitting the vehicle, which caused the vehicle to hit Morgan in the shin area. Damage up to $2,500.
