Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts Continues to Grow
Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts kicked off the new year with the hiring of two new staff members. Hannah Schutter and Julie Parke have been appointed as the new Marketing Director and Development Director, respectively.
Schutter comes to WWCA from Manchester University, with a degree in Communication Studies and English. She was a December 2014 graduate and is a native of Crown Point, Ind. Her role as marketing director includes promotions of all shows and managing social media.
Parke has returned to her hometown of Warsaw with 25 years of experience in museum and arts management. She has a degree in History from Northwestern University and a graduate degree from Wake Forest University. Parke has been given the task of leading fundraising initiatives to help support this vibrant arts organization.
Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts, in its 60th season, continues to bring quality entertainment to Northeastern Indiana. Performers including comedian Frank Caliendo and musician Steven Curtis Chapman are slated to appear in 2015 to complement a full summer series including productions of “The Little Mermaid” and “West Side Story.” Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts will also be hosting a unique fundraiser/variety show, entitled “One Night Only” on May 18.
