Woody Requests Bond Reduction
This morning Brandon Woody, 23, 605 W. North St., Syracuse, requested a bond reduction on his charges stemming from the Feb. 19 shooting of Tara Thornburg and Joshua Knisley in Syracuse.
Woody is currently being held on no bond. The judge has denied his request. No other public court date is scheduled for Woody.
Initial hearings for Kyle DeHart, charged with two counts of felony murder and obstruction of justice, and his mother, Joan DeHart, charged with assisting a criminal, are scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Kyle DeHart remains in jail. Joan DeHart is out on a $10,000 bond.
