1st Source Bank announces the promotion of Doug Baumgardner to assistant vice president. Baumgardner joined the bank last year as a Business Banker in Warsaw. He has 12 years of financial and banking experience.

He received an MBA from Indiana University and a B.S. from Grace College. He is active in the community with the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club.
