March 18

• Scott Willard Drumm, 24, 613 Obispo St., Culver, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and OWI with a BAC equal to or greater than .15. Bond: $550 cash.

March 17

• Joshua Warren Powers, 28, 12446 S 600E, North Manchester, arrested for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $20,000 surety.
• Eric Lee Rodriguez, 26, 1136 Crane, Pampa, Texas, arrested for operating while intoxicated with prior and wanted on a Texas warrant. Bond: $750 cash and hold for Texas authorities.
• Corey Scott Brown, 34, 1200 N. Main St., Nappanee, arrested for reckless driving and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350 cash.
