• 8:03 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 11800 block South SR 15, Silver Lake. Rosemary Lynch reported a hit and run accident.
• 8:50 p.m. Monday, April 6, 100 block EMS W30A1 Lane, North Webster. Jillian T. Fischer reported the theft of prescription medication.

• 10:26 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 500 block North Panorama Drive, North Webster. Travis M. George reported criminal mischief to his residence.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:
