The following individuals were arrested and booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

• Jose Delfin Cruz, 21, 2441 W. 250S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC .08-.15 percent and OWI. Bond: $550.
• Joseph A. Glant, 55, 328 Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear, driving while suspended, OWI and body attachment warrant. Bond: No bond on the failure to appear, $3,250 cash on remaining charges.
• Ashley Dawn Pruitt, 22, 608 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $316 cash.
• Robert Dwayne Slone, 36, 1296 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for theft and possession of marijuana. No bond on the possession of marijuana charge and $500 cash bond on the theft charge.
• Charity Ann Bailey, 40, 2441 W. 250S, Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond: $400 cash.
