This photo of boating on Winona Lake in 1938 is one of the pictures scanned during the research library’s April scan day at the Old Jail Museum. For the May scan day the museum is requesting county photos of musical groups, bands, and singing groups, as well as parades and military personnel.

Scan day is set from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, May 1. Bring in your county photos taken prior to 1966 to the research library, 121 N Indiana St., Warsaw. Photos will be scanned and returned to you. Credit is given to the source of the pictures in our accession records. Thank you for helping expand our photo history of Kosciusko County and its people.
