Driver Hits Cop Car While Intoxicated And Texting
A Kokomo man has been arrested after crashing into a police car while reportedly intoxicated and texting.
Reyshon Holloway, 20, ran his vehicle into a Howard County Sheriff’s Department car in the parking lot of Kokomo Manor Apartments at approximately 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 8. The crash caused the police car to collide with another vehicle parked nearby. Holloway’s GMC Yukon hit another vehicle as well, causing damage to four vehicles total.
Holloway was arrested on preliminary charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana with intent to deal, resisting law enforcement and battery of a police officer. He was also cited for texting while driving and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility.
