UPDATE: The statewide Silver Alert was cancelled as of 2:25 p.m. Victor A. Weekley has been located.

A statewide silver alert has been declared.

The LaPorte County Sheriff is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Wanatah, approximately 13 miles east of Valparaiso.

Victor A. Weekley is a 76-year-old white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with gray balding hair and blue eyes.

Weekley was last seen Wednesday, April 15, in Wanatah, and is believed to be in danger. Weekley is believed to be wearing a blue T-shirt, jeans and an Air Force baseball cap. Victor A. Weekley may be disoriented and require medical assistance. He is believed to be driving a white 2009 Mercury Mariner SUV, with Indiana plate 820THE.
