The 4-H Cake Decorating workshops will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, May 14 and Thursday, June 25 at the Ag Hall Building on the Elkhart County Fairgrounds, Goshen.

Members can learn and practice skills needed for their 4-H Cake Decorating project during the workshop.

Participants should bring the following items: icing, coupler, tips appropriate for your experience level, decorating bag, and a spatula or spoon. There will be teachers assisting with beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.

Cake decorating will be judged based on experience level, rather than grade level. Beginners are welcome at any grade level. Cake decorating forms and boards will be available at the workshop. The workshop is free to attend and is for 4-H youth only.
