Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:59 p.m. Sunday, May 10, East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Janet Chavez, 27, East CR 200N, Warsaw and Jerry L. Auer, 50, East 550S, Warsaw. Chavez backed from a parking spot and hit the Auer vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

11:25 a.m. Sunday, May 10, North Parker Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver; Effrain J. Rodriquez, 20, South Circle Drive, Warsaw. Rodriquez’s vehicle slid while turning, and hit a center concrete curb divider. Damage up to $2,500.

7:35 p.m. Saturday, May 9, North Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Maria J. Nicholl 27, Circle Lane, Plymouth, and Sean G. Frick, 39, EMS D23 Lane, Syracuse. Nicholl failed to see the Frick vehicle in the lane of travel next to her, turning in front of the Frick vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

12:01 p.m. Saturday, May 9, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Brooke M. Christoffel, 16, North First St., Pierceton. Christoffel’s vehicle struck a parked vehicle while attempting to pull into a parking space. Damage up to $1,000.
