Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.
Lili A. Dailey has been promoted to vice president, trust operations manager. She has been with the bank since 1998. She graduated from Indiana Business College with an associate’s degree in business management and from Cannon Financial Institute, where her focus was trust tax.
Rodney B. Hooley has been promoted to vice president, commercial banking officer. He works with commercial customers in the Nappanee, Wakarusa and Bremen areas. He has been with the bank since 2006. Hooley has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ball State University. He is treasurer for Ryan’s Place in Goshen, president of the Nappanee Rotary Club and a member of the Nappanee Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Rick S. Hatcher has been promoted to assistant vice president, director of properties management. He oversees the maintenance, renovation and building of all company properties as well as managing the bank’s property maintenance staff. He has been with the bank since 1996. He supports the United Way and the Kosciusko County Salvation Army.
Stacy L. Price, CTP, has been promoted to assistant vice president, treasury management implementation specialist. She works with business clients to provide ongoing customer support. She has been with the bank since 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from Indiana University South Bend. She has also earned the certified treasury professional credential.
Laura K. Smith has been promoted to assistant vice president, accounting manager. She manages several aspects of the bank’s financial system and works on financial reporting. She has been with the bank since 2011. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue University. She is a coordinator for the Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.
Nicholas A. Toney has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial banking officer. He works with businesses in the Fort Wayne area to provide financing and banking solutions. He has been with the bank since 2007. Toney has a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and also graduated from the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership Institute. He is a member and committee chair of YLNI, on the board of directors for the Euell A. Wilson Center and of the Risk Management Association. He volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Eric D. Wagoner has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan operations officer. He provides support for retail and commercial loan operations and coordinates the implementation of regulatory changes and new products. He volunteers with the Salvation Army’s Warsaw Women’s Auxiliary by providing them with technical support.
