Silver Lake Volunteer Fire Department will host a hog roast, corn hole tournament and auction fundraiser on Saturday, May 23.

The hog roast meal will include baked beans, coleslaw, hot dogs and drinks. The cost of the meal will be $7 to dine and or carry out or $10 by the pound. Kids under 12 and under costs $5. The meal will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. or until sold out.

The corn hole tournament will be a double elimination game with registration beginning at 3 p.m. and the tournament beginning at 3:15 p.m. Cost to register is $30 per team with first place winning fifty percent of entry fees.

The auction will begin after the corn hole tournament or at 4:30 p.m., whichever is later. A full list of auction items can be found by clicking here.

A fifty-fifty drawing will take place as well. Tickets are $1 per ticket of 6 tickets for $5. Proceeds will go toward a new thermal imaging camera for the fire department.
