Xavier Juarez

Xavier Juarez, 20, 3762 W. Old Road 30, Warsaw, has been charged with two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, stemming from two incidents earlier in May.

Charges were officially filed against Juarez on May 29. He had been arrested on May 16 and held on $4,000 surety bond.

The charges are both level 5 felonies, which if convicted could carry up to six years in prison.

Police were called to a residence on May 16 regarding a juvenile complaint, speaking with an adult who stated a female, between the ages of 14-16, had informed him, she had had sexual relations with Juarez on two occasions.

Juarez was interviewed by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Officer James Marshall, and admitted to police the sexual relations did occur.
