• Christopher John Cook, 30, 1210 Hilltop Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.

• Joshua Wayne McNeal, 27, 1005 Jackson St., Muncie, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
• Raymond William Grevenstuk, 20, 205 Harbor Pointe Drive, Selina, Ohio, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond and $1,000 cash.
• Daniel Lee Swafford, 22, 304 W. Walnut St., Claypool, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and failure to stop after an accident. No bond and $1,000 cash.
