Betty B. Landis, 94, Warsaw, formally of Leesburg, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2015, at Millers Merry Manor, Warsaw. She was born Aug. 26, 1920, to Estell and Mary (Nellens) Bryant in Akron.

On May 23, 1942 she married Arthur William “Bud” Landis who preceded her in death in April of 1997. She retired from United Telephone after many years of Service in clerical/ bookkeeping.

She is survived by her children: Gary Landis, Warsaw; Phil (Barbara) Landis, Katy, Texas; Janet (David) Bennett, Reynoldsburg, Ohio; grandchildren: Chris; Mike; David; Christie; Erin; and Jill; great-grandchildren: Taylor; Luke; Preston; Avery; and Lukas; also a sister: Jean Ellis, Millers Merry Manor, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by a brother: David Bryant.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be private in Nichols Cemetery, Mentone.
